Gallagher is recruiting a Broker Placement Manager for its Real Estate division in London. You will implement placement strategies across Real Estate business, building relationships with underwriters and carriers to negotiate favourable terms for clients.

The role involves developing strategies for a range of Real Estate risks, collaborating across teams, and maintaining market relationships. Travel to supported locations may be required; UK work eligibility is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Placement Broker or Real Estate Broker is desirable.
• Experience placing or underwriting Real Estate and Property Owners risks.
• Understanding of complex property portfolios and underwriting considerations.
• Experience with layered or co-insured placement structures would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Advise on broking strategies and negotiate with insurers to secure placement solutions.
• Collaborate with new business producers to position opportunities with insurers.
• Develop placement strategies for Real Estate risks including property owners and developers.
• Support insurer relationships and evaluate appetite, performance and service delivery.
• Engage with insurers to manage pipeline opportunities and growth strategy.
