TSR Legal, in partnership with a leading national law firm, seeks a Real Estate Partner for their Cardiff office. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Real Estate Solicitor or existing Partner to join a high-calibre team and take a strategic leadership role within a growing practice.

You will advise on a broad range of real estate matters, manage key client relationships, drive business development, and contribute to the continued growth of the property department.

Qualifications

• Senior Solicitor or Partner with strong real estate expertise.
• Excellent technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial property matters.
• Proactive approach to client relationships and business development.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Advise on leasehold and freehold matters and complex property transactions.
• Support growth of the Cardiff office and property department.
• Lead and mentor junior lawyers in a busy Real Estate team.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage multiple deadlines.
