Job summary

Legal 100 Firm in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Real Estate Partner or Legal Director to join their growing Cardiff office. The role offers hybrid working (2–3 days in the office) and the chance to lead a busy real estate practice within a respected firm.

You will advise on a broad range of real estate matters, including leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, landlord and tenant matters, secured lending transactions, and development projects.

Qualifications

• Senior Solicitor or existing Partner with strong real estate expertise
• Excellent technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial property matters
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Proactive approach to client relationships and business development

Salary: £140,000 – £160,000

This opportunity is ideal for a Senior Real Estate Solicitor/Legal Director looking to step into Partnership, or a Partner with a strong track record in Real Estate matters who is looking to step into a strategic leadership role within a highly regarded and expanding team.

The Role

You will advise on a broad range of real estate matters, including:

• Leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Secured lending transactions
• Commercial development projects
• Real Estate Finance

You will work with a diverse client base while playing a key role in the continued growth and success of the property department.

• Be a Senior Solicitor or existing Partner with strong real estate expertise
