Job summary

Absolute Law Recruitment is working with a Top 20 Legal 500 Law firm in London seeking a Partner to join their Real Estate team. The role focuses on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, and complex property transactions.

The successful candidate will lead on drafting, negotiations, investment properties, development sales, and lending matters while driving business development and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Qualified Senior Solicitor with a minimum of 8+ years PQE.
• Technical proficiency in a range of company property matters.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Enthusiastic with a desire for business development.
• A strong ambitious team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
• Handle landlord and tenant matters and leasing documentation.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements.
• Manage acquisition, management and sale of real estate properties.
• Oversee secured lending transactions with banks and other lenders.
