Client

A leading Thames Valley Legal 500 firm are seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join their highly successful team.

Role

You will join the firm’s Rural Property team and handle a wide variety of work including buying and selling farmland, putting under option land for residential or commercial development including PV solar parks and other renewable energy projects, granting easements and dealing with agricultural and commercial leases.

You will work on a variety of matters relating to rural commercial property.

You will review and report on legal documents, undertake research, prepare reports, draft correspondence and basic legal documents, and eventually manage your own files.

You will also undertake administrative tasks. You will have direct client contact and increasing responsibility.

You

You should have experience in property law from a well regarded property department and an interest in rural land and the environment.
