Job summary

Our dedicated Paralegal Team are now on the lookout for a Litigation Paralegal to join them.

What will you be doing?

In the Real Estate team, you'll be responsible for supporting real estate transactions; taking responsibility for searches, Stamp Duty Land Tax calculations, post completion activities and managing the documentation associated with various property transactions. You'll demonstrate a sound commercial understanding and awareness, attend client meetings to promote our excellent client relationships and apply a commercial appreciation of billing and time recording.

So what are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you'll need as a minimum:

  • Completed your law degree or other legal qualification and/or have previously worked as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or similar.
  • Legal/non-legal work experience in real estate/property.
  • Experience managing multiple workloads simultaneously.
