Our dedicated Paralegal Team is now on the lookout for a Real Estate Paralegal to join them in either our Plymouth or Bristol office.

What will you be doing?

In the Real Estate team, you'll be responsible for supporting real estate transactions; taking responsibility for searches, Stamp Duty Land Tax calculations, post-completion activities, and managing the documentation associated with various property transactions. You'll demonstrate a sound commercial understanding and awareness, attend client meetings to promote our excellent client relationships, and apply a commercial appreciation of billing and time recording.

So what are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you'll need as a minimum:

  • Completed your law degree or other legal qualification and/or have previously worked as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or similar.
  • Legal/non-legal work experience in real estate/property.
  • Experience managing multiple workloads simultaneously.
