Job description

The Legal Solutions Centre (LSC) is an essential part of our business made up of over 70 paralegals and legal executives, project managers, data analysts, and client coordinators. They use flexible resourcing and time-saving technology to deliver a high-quality, cost-effective service for a range of large-scale projects.

Our dedicated Paralegal Team is now looking for a Real Estate Paralegal to join them in either our Plymouth or Bristol office.

What will you be doing?

In the Real Estate team, you'll be responsible for supporting real estate transactions, including conducting searches, calculating Stamp Duty Land Tax, handling post-completion activities, and managing documentation related to property transactions. You'll demonstrate a sound commercial understanding and awareness, attend client meetings to promote our excellent client relationships, and apply a commercial appreciation of billing and time recording.

So what are we looking for?

To be successful in this role, you'll need at a minimum:

  • Completed your law degree or other legal qualification and/or have previous experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Legal or non-legal work experience in real estate/property.
  • Experience managing multiple workloads simultaneously.
