Paralegal - Corporate Real Estate - Manchester - Leading Global Law Firm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and ambitious Paralegal to join the Corporate Real Estate team of a prestigious global law firm in Manchester. This is a fantastic chance to join one of the most highly regarded real estate practices in the world, supporting a major financial institution on a diverse range of real estate transactions.

The Role:
This is a client-facing and hands-on position, where you will be a key member of the team from day one. You'll work closely with senior lawyers and manage your own caseload across a broad spectrum of property matters. Typical responsibilities will include:

Drafting and negotiating transactional documents (including lease renewals, licences, surrenders, and freehold sales)

Managing high-volume transactions from instruction through to completion

Reviewing and reporting on title documents and property searches

Supporting the corporate and banking teams on real estate aspects of wider transactions

Managing client communication and reporting

Handling post-completion formalities (e.g. SDLT returns, Companies House filings, Land Registry applications)

Utilising legal technology and maintaining client extranets

About You:
The ideal candidate will have:

A strong academic background (LPC or SQE preferred but not essential)

Prior paralegal experience in real estate or commercial property

Excellent drafting, organisational and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

A proactive, team-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
