We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our rapidly growing Real Estate Group based in our Edinburgh office.
What will you be doing?
You'll be working in a team that handles a range of work including landlord and tenant, property finance, development work, and renewables. In this busy team, you'll be responsible for managing your own caseload as well as supporting the wider Real Estate team with transactions and registrations.
So what are we looking for?
Ideally, you will have some commercial property experience and a keen interest in this work. The type of practice where you gained that experience is not important; what matters most is that you have excellent communication skills and a desire to provide outstanding client service. You should also be able to prioritize your work to meet key deadlines, have strong IT skills, and experience using case management systems.
You may have already undertaken legal qualifications or gained previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Executive within the real estate sector. Whatever your situation, if you're looking to build your career in this specialization, we want to hear from you.
