  • Developing client relationships and begin contributing to business development initiatives.

  • Have recently qualified (NQ-1 PQE) or are about to qualify, with a seat in commercial property.
  • Are genuinely passionate about the real estate sector and want to build a long-term career in it.
  • Have excellent communication and drafting skills, and a strong academic track record.
  • Are commercially minded, proactive and eager to get involved in client engagement.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to a collaborative culture.

What You’ll Get:

  • Structured development with support from leading real estate law experts.

  • Generous annual leave, private medical cover, enhanced family leave, and pension contributions.
  • Hybrid working policy with flexibility to support work-life balance.
  • Access to a full suite of wellbeing and inclusion programmes.
