Our client is well known throughout the legal industry, they have an enviable client base and a brilliant reputation for real estate work. The are looking for a Real Estate NQ to join their busy Liverpool team.

Job Description

As a Real Estate NQ you will deal with a variety of real estate matters including asset management; Landlord and Tenant; development, investment and advisory work. Your duties will include:

  • Provide comprehensive legal advice on real estate transactions.
  • Manage client relationships and deliver outstanding client service.
  • Support the development of junior team members.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues in other departments.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives in the real estate sector.
  • Keep up to date with developments in real estate law.
  • Ensure all work is compliant with internal and external regulations.
  • Participate in firm-wide projects and initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Real Estate NQ should have completed a seat in real estate during their training contract. Please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
