A leading company in active fixed income is seeking an Associate for their debt asset management team. The role includes managing commercial real estate debt investments and collaborating with internal and external partners to maximize portfolio value. Candidates should have relevant experience in real estate finance and strong analytical skills.

This position will form part of PIMCO’s European Real Estate Debt business, which currently employs c. 10 investment professionals. The team is active in sourcing, underwriting, executing and managing commercial real estate (“CRE”) debt transactions across Europe. Having deployed €4B+ of CRE debt commitments to date, the team continues to invest across the capital structure and risk spectrum (senior, whole loan, mezzanine, development) and is able to look at all real estate asset classes.
We are seeking an Associate to join our debt asset management team. The Asset Management Associate will work closely with senior team members both on the asset management and portfolio management teams to help support with the oversight and proactive asset management of CRE debt investments.
