Real Estate Litigation Associate – Leeds (0–2 PQE)
Are you an ambitious junior solicitor with an interest in high-quality real estate litigation work? This is a brilliant opportunity to join a top-tier team at a leading international law firm, right in the heart of Leeds.
The Role
This role offers the best of both worlds: the support and training you’d expect from a global firm, combined with the autonomy to manage your own files and develop close client relationships from the outset. You’ll be advising on a wide range of real estate disputes – from managing national property portfolios to playing a key role in landmark development disputes.
Expect a mix of hands-on litigation, strategic asset management advice, and exposure to some of the biggest names in real estate. You’ll also have opportunities to get involved in client-facing activities, business development and wider team initiatives.
The Team
This highly ranked team (Legal 500 & Chambers) is known for its commercial and strategic approach to real estate disputes. Clients include major developers, investors, occupiers, and landlords – both UK-based and international. The team benefits from strong internal support and cutting-edge legal tech to deliver results efficiently and effectively.
What They're Looking For
-0–2 years’ PQE with a strong academic background
-A genuine interest in real estate litigation
-A collaborative and commercially-minded approach
-Excellent client communication and organisation skills
-An enthusiasm for building client relationships and getting involved in business development
