A prominent legal recruitment agency is seeking a Property Litigation Specialist in the North West, Greater Manchester area. This role is open to newly qualified to more experienced lawyers. You will handle a variety of contentious property matters, ensuring no limitations in work or client types. The position offers a competitive salary between £35,000 and £48,000 annually, based on experience.

New opportunities have arisen within the Property Litigation team – suited to recently qualified (NQ-3 yrs’) and more experienced specialists.
Recognised for its expertise in various legal directories, the team isinstructed by a diverse and impressive portfolio of clients. These include Commercial and Residential Landowners, Developers, Landlords (industrial, retail, leisure) and Commercial Tenants. The head of department enjoys an enviable reputation in this niche area.
You will be engaged on an interesting range of contentious property matters and NOT be pigeonholed to a certain work or client type.
The team works well together as a cohesive unit and also closely with the Corporate, Insolvency and Real Estates Teams.
