We are currently working with a top-tier Legal 500 ranked firm in Maidenhead that is looking for a talented Real Estate Lawyer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Real Estate law professional to join an award-winning and supportive team.
Your responsibilities will include:
The successful candidate:
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 5-10 years' PQE in legal practice.
Proven background in commercial property law, with experience handling a wide range of real estate transactions.
Experience in legal knowledge management, training, or professional support roles is a plus.
Confident using legal research tools, document management systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-starter with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Demonstrated client-facing and business development abilities.
Clear and engaging presentation skills.
Capable of explaining complex legal issues in an accessible and practical manner.
