THE ROLE:
This highly regarded firm is seeking an experienced lawyer to support the ongoing growth of its thriving Real Estate team and its evolving legal needs. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the team to stay updated on developments in Commercial Property law and practice, maintain and develop comprehensive precedent banks, produce articles, bulletin materials, and identify opportunities to enhance best practices and drafting efficiency. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in shaping training programs and developing client-facing tools and resources

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcome from qualified Solicitors with at least 6 years’ PQE and a strong background in Real Estate law, gained at a well-regarded city, national, or regional firm. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent drafting and research skills, and substantial experience in one or more of the following areas: real estate investment and asset management, development, finance, strategic land, enfranchisement, or social housing.
