Job description

Our client is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Real Estate Team in Edinburgh. The role focuses on future energy and will involve all aspects of real estate advice relating to clean energy. Your duties will include:

  • Drafting option agreements and leases on a wide range of clean energy projects
  • Undertaking due diligence on these projects, including review of titles, enquiries, and searches
  • Acting in relation to the financing of clean energy projects and large-scale acquisitions/disposals

The firm is open to hearing from candidates with 1-3 years PQE. Preferably, you should have previous experience in real estate and clean/future energy; however, candidates from a commercial property background with no energy experience can be re-trained.
