Our Real Estate team is renowned for commercial real estate investment and development. You will handle a variety of property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, development, asset management for investors, corporate support, real estate finance, and renewable transactions in wind and solar sectors. Our diverse clients include public and private sector entities, such as developers, regeneration companies, housebuilders, retailers, and owners of offices, shopping centres, and industrial schemes. Transactions are often high-value, offering opportunities to work on high-profile projects.
Collaborating with the wider team across the country, you will have ample client contact and be expected to build and maintain strong relationships. Business development is vital, and you will contribute by organizing client events, writing articles, and supporting marketing activities.
We seek someone eager to build on their real estate experience, preferably with exposure to quality work from a large firm. A genuine enthusiasm for a career in real estate is crucial. Knowledge of Scottish Law is essential.
