The firms Real Estate team, who are counted amongst the leading property teams in the region, are seeking a crucial hire to be based in Farnborough. As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:

• Handling a range of work, with a particular focus on landlord and tenant matters, also including sales and purchases, secured lending work and more.
• Working closely with seniors on the team on a range of complex matters, alongside running your own files.
• Engaging in business development and contributing to the ongoing growth and opportunities for the department.

To be considered for this role you will:

• Have at least 3 years' experience in commercial property work.
• Be highly articulate and a confident communicator, particularly in explaining complex concepts to clients.
• Have a drive for business development and networking.
