Role Responsibilities

As an Associate in Transaction Advisory & Structured Finance, you will be integral to the team, working on various aspects of real estate transactions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Transaction Management: Assist in the end-to-end process of transactions, including modelling, presenting, reporting, and exiting transactions.
• Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support transaction structuring and decision-making.
• Presentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Transaction Execution: Support the execution of transactions, including due diligence, documentation, and coordination with various parties.

Role Requirements
