TITLE: Real Estate Investment Solicitor
PQE: 6+
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £85-100K (DOE)

THE ROLE:
This leading UK law firm is seeking a Solicitor to join its growing real estate investment practice due to an increase in client demand. The role will involve handling both conditional and unconditional acquisitions and disposals, as well as portfolio acquisitions, disposals, asset management, and financings. Additionally, you will also be responsible for acting on behalf of landlords and tenants across various sectors on a range of matters, including leases, surrenders, agreements for lease, and day-to-day management issues such as licences to assign or alter. You will play a crucial role in business development initiatives and contribute to growth strategies within the practice.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcome from qualified solicitors with 6+ years’ PQE experience gained within a well-regarded city, regional or national firm with strong knowledge in real estate investment transactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate commercial awareness, strong analytical skills, and the ability to deliver clear, practical advice under pressure. A high level of attention to detail is essential to consistently produce high-quality work and documentation. You should also have a flexible approach to meeting client deadlines and maintaining regular, proactive communication. An interest in and aptitude for business development is also essential.
