Role

• Large-scale acquisitions and disposals, co-investment structures, the reconfiguration of property portfolios and sizeable development projects
• Support senior solicitors advising onproperty investment funds, pension funds, property companies and developers across a range of sectors including mainstream investment and alternative assets
• Assist with arange of prominent clients with high-value and complex matters ranging from investments and developments to real estate management

You

• 2-5 PQEsolicitor with knowledge of real estate investment transactions
• Experience in conditional and unconditional acquisitions and disposals, asset management, portfolio financings
• Have acted for landlords and tenants across sectors re: leases, surrenders. conditional and unconditional lease agreements
• Aptitude for business development
