Overview Of Role

We provide impartial, expert advice to large and mid-sized corporations, private equity, families, entrepreneurs, and governments. We design and execute strategic M&A and financing solutions, acting as trusted, long-term, independent partners.

The Real Estate team is a leading advisor in European real estate, offering comprehensive advisory across various sub-sectors, including commercial, residential, housebuilding, and lodging. Our expertise spans M&A, debt, and equity transactions involving high-profile clients and a broad range of public and private deals.

Our deep market understanding, transaction volume, and extensive network allow us to deliver strategic results and trusted advice over the long term.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and delivering presentations to clients and internal stakeholders
• Assisting on multiple transactions and project teams, from client development to transaction execution
• Developing and maintaining financial models, both standard and bespoke
• Preparing and reviewing financial analyses, client presentations, information memoranda, and shareholder documents
• Updating industry databases and credentials
• Working across a broad transaction spectrum, including sell-side, buy-side, public, and private deals
• Supporting business development and marketing initiatives

Education And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Experience, Skills, and Competencies

• Experience in real estate M&A
• Understanding of financial statement analysis and real estate concepts
• Proficiency in financial modeling
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, merger models)
• Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant data platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
