My client is a successful, growing PBSA developer, offering a rare chance to kickstart your career in a varied, dynamic role. The role involves:

1. Delivering project management and coordination across the business, providing support to the Group Managing Director and Property Services Manager on all property matters, and being involved in all aspects of Property Development.
2. Focusing on key areas such as Property Development, Project Support and Reporting, and Acquisition & Market research.

What you need:

• A strong Degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• A Master's Degree would be advantageous, as would some experience and understanding of Property Development, Property Finance, and Investment, or Real Estate.
• Strong numeracy, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is critical for the role.
• Competence in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, with a willingness to develop these skills further.
• An eye for detail for reading and analysing reports and data.
• Highly organised, efficient, and punctual.
• A keen interest in business, finance, investment, and/or property development.
• Good commercial awareness and insight.
