Location: London

Reporting to: Nick Prince

Job title: Real Estate Fund Analyst

The role

You will assist the investment team with the monitoring of existing and launch of new funds within the Real Estate Solutions platform. These funds are what we term "Partnership Funds" whereby the sourcing and day-to-day management activities are undertaken by specialist third-party managers. The role will include undertaking fund level analysis and modelling, underwrite proposed investments and the production of investment committee and client reporting materials.

You will also work with Nick Prince.

What you will do / Key Responsibilities

• Monitor existing funds, underwrite new managers and propositions, and assist with new fund launches
• Underwrite proposed new real estate investments held by the funds and make investment recommendations to the investment committee
• Undertake detailed financial modelling of funds and underlying investments/portfolios
• Produce periodic reporting and ah hoc analysis for clients and annual fund business plans
• Monitor and review funds against risk parameters and other criteria on a regular basis
• Ensure that ESG is fully integrated into the investment process and our approach to sustainability is communicated to all clients
