This global law firm is currently recruiting an Associate/Senior Associate to join its Real Estate Finance team. The team is a dedicated practice area of the firm, comprising a joint venture between banking and real estate, with input from planning, construction, litigation, tax, and other areas.
This role focuses on domestic and international real estate finance transactions. You will assist with a variety of transactions including acquisition, investment, and development finance, as well as managing security obligations related to charged property and discharging security after repayment of facilities.
To be considered, candidates should have between 3-6 years of PQE and strong experience in real estate finance.
