Thornton Legal in Manchester is seeking an experienced real estate finance lawyer to join our team. You will advise lenders, borrowers and developers on secured lending transactions, with focus on title investigations, drafting security documents, and guiding deals to completion.

With around five years PQE preferred, you will work collaboratively with real estate and corporate colleagues, build client relationships, and contribute to the firm's growth.

Formación

• Around five years’ PQE preferred; relevant experience and your ability to manage matters are more important than a precise qualification date.
• Experience in real estate finance or secured lending is desirable.
• Ability to take responsibility while working collaboratively with colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Advise lenders, borrowers, investors and developers on secured lending transactions.
• Conduct title investigations, report findings and negotiate security documents.
• Manage conditions precedent and take transactions through to completion.
• Develop client relationships with real estate and corporate teams.
