About the role

We seek to expand our established and growing Real Estate Finance Team based in London, specializing in secured lending. The team supports specialist property finance lenders and receivers, focusing on unregulated loan originations and recoveries. This role offers a chance to develop client relationships within a successful and expanding team, with opportunities for leadership as the team grows.

About you:

You are a solicitor with commercial real estate experience, familiar with secured loan originations. You possess strong client liaison skills, an interest in business development, and can handle challenging clients under tight deadlines without compromising quality. Collaboration with team members is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial real estate and property finance matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and finance.
• Proactively oversee cases from start to finish.
• Build and maintain relationships with lender clients and professionals.
• Identify and develop new lender relationships.
• Participate in events to promote the firm and network.
• Enhance the firm's market reputation as a brand ambassador.
