Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 1–2 years’ PQE.
• Experience in Real Estate Finance.

• Strong knowledge of secured lending and property transactions.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• A proactive approach with strong commercial awareness.

About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Real Estate Finance Solicitor (1–2 years PQE) to join our growing Real Estate Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with previous experience in property finance who is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

The successful candidate will have experience advising on a range of real estate finance transactions and will be confident managing their own caseload while working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm.

• Advising lenders and borrowers on a variety of real estate finance transactions.
• Managing bridging finance and buy-to-let (BTL) transactions from instruction through to completion.

About You
