Proper Recruitment are working with a well-established law firm in London seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join their Commercial Property department. The team is expanding rapidly with excellent prospects for development and advancement.

The role involves handling a varied caseload of real estate finance transactions, acting for lenders or borrowers on secured lending matters, and negotiating facility agreements and security documents, with a hybrid working

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in Real Estate Finance.
• Excellent legal and drafting skills.
• Keen to take on a challenging and varied role.
• Commercially aware with strong client care skills.

• Acting for lenders and/or borrowers on secured lending matters
• Reviewing and negotiating facility agreements and security documentation
• Liaising with clients, lenders and other solicitors to progress transactions
• Helping to build and develop this area of the practice

Requirements:

• 3+ years PQE in Real Estate Finance
• Excellent legal and drafting skills
• Keen to take on a challenging and varied role
