Job Title: Real Estate Finance Associate/Senior Associate

Location: London (Hybrid Working Available)

Salary: £70,000 – £120,000 (Commensurate with Experience)

Description:
We are currently working with a dynamic and growing law firm in London who are looking for a Real Estate Finance Associate/Senior Associate to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified solicitor to take on a varied caseload of property finance matters, including acquisitions, investment, bridging, and development finance.

In this role, you will manage and build relationships with lender panel clients, investors, lenders, and property managers. You will also have the chance to develop new client relationships in the commercial lending market, attending networking events and representing the firm in the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of property finance matters, including acquisitions, investment, bridging, and development finance.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with lender panel clients and associated professionals.

  • Communicate effectively with investors, lenders, and property managers, ensuring a high level of service and reliability.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial lending market.

  • Represent the firm at networking events to promote the firm's services.

  • Contribute to business development initiatives and maintain long-term relationships.

Person Requirements:

  • PQE: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in real estate finance or property law.

  • Previous experience in handling secured loan originations for specialist funders.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.

  • Interest and experience in business development and building lasting client relationships.

  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload under tight deadlines.
