Property Finance Solicitor role in London.
Applicants are welcome from NQ-5years PQE Solicitors.
You willadvise both lenders and borrowers on all aspects of real estate finance including bridging finance, term loans and secured lending in relation to commercial and residential acquisitions.
Duties include matters such as drafting security documents, obtaining and reviewing legal packs, reviewing title documents - both residential and commercial, raising enquiries on legal packs and drafting Reports on Title etc.
