The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Real Estate Finance Senior Associate into their growing Manchester office

• You will join a high-performing Real Estate team (L500 ranked) that is very busy, and as such, they are seeking to hire a new Solicitor to join the department.
• This role offers good prospects for progression, aligned with department growth, including potential partnership for the right individual.
• You will handle a broad caseload across various industry sectors, making for an interesting role.
• The Property Finance department deals with high-quality work, advising lenders, borrowers, developers, and intermediaries across real estate finance and corporate lending, covering residential, commercial, and retail property sectors.
• You will support and mentor junior team members.
• You will join a friendly, dynamic, and forward-thinking team.

Requirements

• You will be a Real Estate Finance Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE+
• You will have a solid grounding in asset finance law and keen attention to detail
• First-class communication skills are essential
