A Real Estate Finance Senior Associate is sought to join a team which acts for lenders and borrowers on complex multi jurisdictional transactions.

The team is at the forefront of the market and often involved in high profile deals.

ABOUT YOU

With 6pqe+ you will have gained relevant experience at a leading UK law firm.

• You will have the ability to draft and negotiate complex facility agreements and English law security documents with some experience of Intercreditor agreements.
• Ability to lead financing transactions, reporting directly to the supervising partner
