Job summary

Columbia Threadneedle Investments in Swindon is seeking a qualified accountant to manage the annual financial statements and financial reporting for UK, Jersey and Luxembourg real estate entities in line with UK GAAP and IFRS.

You will liaise with auditors, prepare board papers, oversee related administration for property management entities, and drive efficiencies through process improvements and automation, while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual financial statements for UK, Jersey and Luxembourg entities under UK GAAP and IFRS.
• Liaise with auditors and manage audit timetables.
• Prepare board papers for Directors' approvals.
• Coordinate financial reporting for Property Management Companies.
• Support process improvements and automation in reporting.
