The Role: We seek a Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join a reputable Real Estate Finance Partner in central London.

This role offers the chance to work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate will have 6-12 months of prior experience as a property paralegal, either residential or commercial.

This position is based in our central London office with a hybrid working arrangement.

Day-to-day Duties:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• General administration and support
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Managing information and case management systems (electronic or hard copy)
• Assisting with file opening and financial management of matters
• Taking instructions from fee earners and providing updates
• Interacting with clients under supervision
• Managing case timelines and deadlines
• Handling plot sale transactions for developers
• Managing ownership transfers
• Filing SDLT Returns
• Conducting Land Registry searches and liaising with authorities
• Completing post-transaction administration, including Companies House and Land Registry filings
• Monitoring and responding to emails as necessary
• Preparing Lease Reports and document summaries
• Scheduling Title Deeds and related documents

Your Skills and Experience:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Diligent, hardworking, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Team player willing to assist colleagues
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
