The Role: We are seeking a Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join a reputable Real Estate Finance Partner in central London.

This role offers the chance to work alongside a reputable partner and team, gaining valuable experience in real estate finance law.

The ideal candidate will have 6-12 months of experience as a property paralegal (residential or commercial).

This position is based in our central London office with a hybrid working arrangement.

Day-to-day Duties:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting general administration and legal document drafting
• Using case management and filing systems effectively
• Assisting with file opening and financial management
• Taking instructions from fee earners and updating progress
• Interacting with clients under supervision
• Managing case timelines and deadlines
• Handling plot sale transactions for developers
• Managing ownership transfers and SDLT returns
• Conducting Land Registry searches and liaising with authorities
• Post-completion administration, including Companies House and Land Registry filings
• Monitoring and responding to emails
• Preparing lease reports and document summaries
• Scheduling title deeds and related documents

Your Skills and Experience:
