Job Description

• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documentation related to real estate finance transactions.
• Conduct thorough due diligence, including reviewing title documents and property searches.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Manage and maintain accurate case files and documentation systems.
• Support solicitors in preparing for hearings and client meetings.
• Carry out searches, application of documents and liaising with the Land Registry.
• Preparing documents for signature on Docusign
• Provide administrative support to the team as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Real Estate Finance Paralegal should have:

• Strong academics, including at least a 2:1 degree
• Passed the LPC
• 12 months proven experience in a similar role for a property team.
• Knowledge of real estate finance processes and legal documentation.
• Experience of using practice management scheme is desirable.
• Knowledge of Proclaim is advantageous
• Experience in using Docusign
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
