Paralegal – Real Estate Finance

My client is looking to recruit two real estate finance paralegals to join their highly ranked team. You must be a law graduate, and ideally have completed, or are due to start the LPC or SQE. The role has become available as 2 paralegals in the team are moving on to training contracts. The team is known for nurturing talent, with excellent opportunities for career development.

Responsibilities
  1. Drafting, reviewing, and managing various legal documents related to real estate finance.
  2. Conducting thorough research on real estate assets, including reviewing titles, leases, and property reports.
  3. Preparing and submitting necessary documentation to Land Registry and Companies House and overseeing registrations.
  4. Managing post-completion tasks such as consents, registrations, and finalisation of documents.
  5. Conducting legal research on relevant real estate and finance laws and regulations.
  6. Communicating with clients to provide timely updates, and obtaining information where needed.
  7. General administrative support, including system updates, Land Registry/SDLT processing, billing, and time recording.

  2. You will have some experience working within a legal team, preferably property but open to other areas of law.

  6. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
  7. Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
