The Role: We are looking for a Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join a reputable Real Estate Finance Partner in central London.

This position offers the chance to work alongside a reputable Real Estate Finance Partner and a team of solicitors.

The ideal candidate will have 6-12 months of prior experience as a property (residential or commercial) paralegal.

This role is based in our central London office with a hybrid working arrangement.

Day-to-day Duties:

• General administration and support
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Managing information and case management/filing systems (electronic or hard copy)
• Assisting with file opening and financial management of matters
• Taking detailed instructions from fee earners and providing updates
• Interacting with clients under supervision
• Managing case timelines and deadlines
• Handling plot sale transactions for developers
• Ownership transfers
• Filing SDLT Returns
• Conducting Land Registry searches and liaising with authorities
• Completion and post-completion administration, including Companies House and Land Registry filings
• Monitoring and responding to emails
• Preparing Lease Reports and document summaries
• Scheduling Title Deeds and Documents

Your Skills and Experience:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Diligent, hard-working, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Team player willing to assist colleagues
• Strong organizational skills with workload prioritization
