Real Estate Finance Lawyer - Plymouth

Our client is an international firm with an excellent reputation. Now in the UK Top 25, they work for household name clients and often get involved in groundbreaking, high profile work. The firm's major Real Estate Team are recruiting a skilled real estate associate to join their innovative legal services team. This group is comprised of over 100 professionals, including lawyers, paralegals, management information specialists, and legal project managers, offering a variety of services and solutions to clients. The team also assists the wider firm on high-volume workflows, managed services, and bespoke projects.
They are now seeking to expand their team with an additional Real Estate Finance Lawyer. This position is to be based in Plymouth at least two days per week, with the option to work from home on other days.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be closely working with the Real Estate team on overlapping projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your existing knowledge, build on your technical skills, and gain experience in project management, people management, and emerging legal technologies. The role provides a collaborative and dynamic work environment with a diverse range of tasks and opportunities for career advancement.
The successful candidate will be 1+ PQE with experience in either real estate, banking or real estate finance with previous supervision experience.
