A great client of ours at Cyan Partners, a top 20 international law firm, is seeking to make a Legal Director level hire into their growing and highly ranked Real Estate Finance team.

Responsibilities

• Advise on the lender side for major banks, debt funds, insurers and other financial institutions
• Advise on the borrower side for investors, developers, blue chip property companies and family offices on domestic and cross-border real estate finance transactions

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (ideally close to a decade or more) of working on real estate finance transactions, predominantly in hospitality, logistics, offices and retail
• Profound technical knowledge of the legal framework surrounding general finance transactions
• Strong document drafting skills
• Excellent client relationship skills and effective communication to enhance existing relationships and establish new ones via business development
