Real Estate Finance Solicitor (3+ PQE) – Top International Law Firm – London

Accuflex has a great opportunity for a talented and motivated Solicitor with experience in Real Estate Finance to join our client, a highly regarded international law firm, in London. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic law firm legal team, contributing significantly to the business as a key advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Support: Advise lenders and borrowers on real estate investment and development finance transactions across commercial, residential, and mixed-use assets.
  • Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Draft and negotiate facility agreements, security documents, and intercreditor arrangements tailored to each transaction
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks across secured lending structures.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with partners, clients, and internal teams to deliver practical, solutions-focused legal advice.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Coordinate with real estate, tax, and corporate teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about developments in the real estate finance market and regulatory landscape.

Required Experience:

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3+ years’ PQE.
  • Experience in real estate finance or general banking and finance, ideally from a recognised law firm.
  • Strong technical skills and a commercial approach to legal problem-solving.
  • Excellent drafting and stakeholder communication skills.

Location: London (Hybrid working pattern, at least 2 days in office)
