You'll handle a broad range of work including:

  • Bridging and property finance transactions
  • Acting for banks and short-term finance lenders
  • Dual and separate representation
  • Drafting loan documents, deeds of priority, and third-party mortgages
  • Liaising with borrowers\' solicitors and reviewing legal packs
  • Managing title insurance matters
  • Supporting general commercial property transactions
Profile
  • 3-4 years PQE (flexible for candidates with strong relevant experience)
  • Experience in secured lending and bridging finance, particularly lender-side
  • Solid technical knowledge and attention to detail
