FRP Advisory is seeking a Director - Real Estate Finance to lead debt and equity structuring for commercial, development, and residential investments. You will manage brokers and support FRP Real Estate Advisory's growth, ensuring high-quality client service and strategic execution.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in real estate finance, strong financial modelling in Excel, and superb communication and leadership skills to drive success within a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in real estate finance or related fields.
• Strong financial modelling capabilities and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage relationships with brokers and senior brokers.
• Proven track record of delivering debt and equity structures.
• Experience working under pressure to tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Structure debt and equity for commercial, development, and residential investment transactions.
• Manage brokers and senior brokers, servicing clients' financing needs.
• Build and maintain key partner and introducer relationships.
• Maintain deep knowledge of markets, competitors, and the financial industry.
• Ensure compliance with FCA standards and CPD requirements.
• Meet targets and create new business opportunities.
