A global asset management firm in Camden Town is seeking an experienced Analyst to join the Real Estate Finance team. The role focuses on valuations and analytics, where the successful candidate will lead the valuation process, collaborate with various teams, and provide comprehensive analyses for stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have over 4 years of experience in finance, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical capabilities. You will thrive in a dynamic environment while working closely with an esteemed team.
In this role, the Analyst will be an integral member of the Real Estate Finance team in London focusing on Valuations and Analytics. The focus of the team is to assist in managing the monthly and quarterly NAV process for the fund and producing complex analytics relating to the fund's exposure and performance. The successful candidate will coordinate across internal and external groups to produce best-in-class valuation analysis for senior management and investors, as well as participate in an array of projects and will be expected to assume a key role in the broader team.
