The Role

This position has been created through further growth, and more pipelined in 2026.You will be joining a prominent London team, working closely with one of the most recognisable Partners in this industry.

The team advises a diverse client base, including institutional lenders, private equity sponsors, and asset managers, on a range of matters such as investment and development financings, structured lending, and cross-border transactions.

This is a Real Estate Centric practice – so this is a prioritised Group, with an abundance of high quality work available, and enhanced progression opportunities for Associates & Seniors.

Requirements

• Associate (1PQE+)
• Experience from a Global or strong National/ Top 50 UK firm
• Currently a REF specialist, or in a broader Finance role, with strong REF experience
