The Role

As a Senior Real Estate Finance Associate, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on a wide range of complex real estate finance transactions. Working as part of cross-border and interdisciplinary teams, you will have the opportunity to apply your legal expertise to structure deals, draft key documents, and provide clear, commercial, and tailored advice to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on all aspects of real estate finance transactions

  • Draft core legal documents and advise on key deal points

  • Apply legal expertise to structure deals and lead transaction management alongside partners

  • Offer precise, commercially aware, market-relevant, and client-specific legal guidance

  • Take charge of transaction execution and ensure effective management and oversight of all participating parties

  • Build and maintain client relationships, oversee fee budgets, and provide regular client updates.

  • Provide client training and network to drive efficient transaction delivery
