Job Title: Real Estate Finance Associate 1-3 PQE - Top 30 City Law Firm

Salary: £90,000-£97,000

PQE Level: 1-3 PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

Our client, a fast-growing Top 30 City law firm, has a highly ranked real estate finance team and is strategically looking to recruit a Real Estate Finance Associate with 1-3 years PQE to join their team of 7.

You will advise borrowers and lenders including large privately owned companies such as hotels, retailers, care homes, leading private banks, funds, specialist lenders, and private equity on high-value transactions (typically up to £150m), often with an international flavour.

Work will include senior debt, loan acquisitions, mezzanine debt, debt financing, loan restructuring, and enforcements.
